Terms of Sale

These are the terms for anything you buy at malhall.com. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Who you’re buying from

The store is run by me, Mal Hall, out of San Diego, California. Questions about an order go to info@malhall.com.

Prices and sales tax

Prices are in US dollars, and the price on the tag is what you pay before shipping. On orders shipped to California, sales tax is already included in that price, and your receipt shows how much of it is tax. All prices of taxable items include sales tax reimbursement computed to the nearest mill.

Shipping

I only ship within the United States right now. Shipping is $6 flat, and it’s free on orders over $75.

All sales are final

No returns or exchanges, and that includes sizing. If I send you the wrong thing or it shows up damaged, I’ll fix it. The details are on the Returns Policy page.

Sold-out items

I sell the same shirts at my shows and online, so once in a while something sells out at a merch table before the website catches up. If that happens to something you ordered, I’ll email you and refund that item.

Colors and fit

Colors can look a little different on your screen than they do in person. Fit changes from one blank to the next, so if you’re not sure about a size, email me before you order.

Payment

Payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes straight to Square and never touches my website.

The legal part

These terms are governed by California law. I can update them from time to time, and the version posted when you place your order is the one that applies.
